The Mission
We are building a predictable revenue engine. The Growth Operations Manager is the architect of our sales funnel, ensuring that our Directors have a constant stream of high-quality opportunities.

The Role You will own the "Top of Funnel." This is not a cold-calling role; it is a strategic operations role. You will build automated systems to identify, qualify, and engage potential clients at scale using modern CRM and data tools.


Key Responsibilities

  • Pipeline Architecture: Manage and optimize our CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce) and outbound sequencing tools.
  • Lead Generation: specific targeting of funds and asset managers using data enrichment tools.
  • Campaign Strategy: Design and execute email and LinkedIn campaigns that secure meetings for the Sales Directors.
